Consumer Priority Service review: Warranty on product

I bought a G.E. washing machine on the 10/26/2025. The date now is 4/1/2026. We called them and told them it wasn't spinning correctly this last week. We then get an e-mail that the claim was denied because we had to wait 30 days past of purchase date. Due the math. Were like 5 mths into a 1 year warranty. I've told my wife to get a civil law sue going up against them. Especially with the warranty track record that they have in scamming people.
