They send out a service guy right away to diagnose. Then, if it costs too much, they come up with every excuse as to not come back to fix it. Communication problem, part problem, service center problem. You have to call them or e mail them a hundred times and all you get are BS answers. These guys are scammers. I would never buy a warranty from them again.

Recommendation: Stay away. RUN the opposite direction!!
