Chevron rude and unprofessional assistant manager

I am a regular customer at this store, and most of all the girls are the sweetest, that is why I continue to shop there. I was getting a few things and as I am walking through the store this young woman of color behind the counter, who was talking loudly to a friend of hers that was there, began discussing her night before. Which entailed some foul details about her and a young man. I went to check out and as she is ringing me up she is still conversing with this friend of hers. I then asked if there was a manager present, which she replied she was not there at that time, but she was the assistant manager. I then gave her my advice which was, I didn't think it was professional for her to be using foul language and discussing her love life with customers present. Her response was shameful. She laughed and said, Okay, have a good night and then walked away to the end of counter. I remember seeing a name printed on her shirt and I cannot remember her name I know it started with a D. I have had her check me out before and she isn't as friendly as the other girls there (mainly two) but I had never had this experience with her and felt extremely disrespected. I hope that with my complaint someone can talk to her, and discuss the importance of professionalism and common respect. A cashier should never speak like this or act the way she did in front of or directly to a customer especially not an assistant manager! Thank you for your time.

Chevron ridiculous rules

Our company has been a customer for many years & it seems that throughout the years there has always been an issue. First we were being charged a fee due to not having a history with Chevron & another fee which just stated "Misc Fee" for God knows what. This took place for years, until I finally called to have these removed, as we had been in business for over 5 years at the time. They stated to keep an eye on these charges every 3 months as that is when they do their updates.

Then, come to find out that the acct was locked due to payment not being received. Now, I fully acknowledge that this was honestly an oversight on my end and also taking into account that payments until now have all been made in a timely manner, it is just ridiculous to place a business account on lockdown. When I called they stated that there is only a 3 day leeway for payment to be processed, not even a full week & that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for the lockdown to be taken off the account.

It is just ridiculous that these types of additional charges & ridiculous rules are taking place & Chevron takes full advantage of the situation as they really don't care about their customers. My next route it to place a complaint with the BBB. Not that it will do anything to change these ridiculous policies.

Chevron car wash/owner

My husband took our 2016 dodge ram to the car wash on Ellsworth and Southern in Mesa Az and the rollers gridded down the back of my truck mirrors. We have been to this gas station several times because we live right up the street and have used this car wash before. My husband had noticed that they replaced some equipment in the car wash but didn't think much of it. When he drove thru the car wash he noticed that the rollers were hitting the back of the mirrors and he went thru and when he came out of the car wash noticed the damage on both of the mirrors. We called and talked to the manager who told us to come down so she could see the damage and when we got there she denied it saying that it couldn't of happened in the car wash and she is only doing her job I told her to pls give the owner my number to call me. The next day he did call me and was so rude! He over talked me the whole time raising his voice and calling me a liar I was extremely offended and shocked that a business owner would speak to a customer that way I need to speak with someone at corporate at this point to get some resolution

Chevron chevron gas station (star stop #21)

This morning I purchase gas at the Chevron Gas Station (Star Stop #21) [protected] Address 11302 Fondren Road, Houston, Tx 77071. The gas pump handle got stuck and spilled gas all over me. I spoke to the cashier about the situation and indicated to talk to the manager. The manager/owner was not on site and would not be at the station until later in the day.

Chevron service

On 03/02/2018 at 10:57 A.M. I noticed a black male flagging me down asking me Stacey Jones, if could buy hum gas because the station attendant "Dave" would not serve him gas or let him use the bathroom because he did not have a car outside. It was clear that the man ran out of gas because I saw the SUV as I was driving to the station. I was told by Dave that I could not buy the gas and if I did I would be trespassing and he was going to call the police on me as well. I used my card at the pump and the man gave me the cash and we parted ways. Another employee was present as well. I got her first name which is Nichole when I went back at 12:56 P.M. to get the corporate number in which she had no idea what it was and suggested that I google it on my phone. I felt discriminated against as well as the man trying to get gas and was well dressed and let me know that he was a senior citizen as well as a Veteran and felt discriminated against as well.

Chevron billing scam

I have been a Chevron card holder for over 50 years. Lately, Chevron has changed the bank it deals with, and the billing has been unprofessional ever since. This month, the end of the billing cycle was ten days short, so we payed the bill three days before the due date by telephone. We also received a confirmation number showing the bill was paid on time. We then received a late notice, with an added late fee. On Feb. 9, and 12, 20018 We called Chevron three times to straighten out their record keeping. The representative continued to argue that the bill has never been paid regardless of the confirmation number showing it was paid. I want this matter rectified, and I will never use Chevron again. The Internet is full of like complaints and I will not jeopardize my credit rating because of Chevron's incompant employes.

Chevron chevron gas credit card

I lost everything when Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. I always tried to keep my card at a zero balance or pay in full on each statement. I have nothing to my name but I think I did pretty good by paying my bills. I may be late on some, but I still paid them. I called my card to confirm that it was a good card, as I just received it in the mail a few weeks prior. They said it was reduced on the credit limit which was ok with me since I figured it was fair. They said it was ok to use. I am 125 miles away from my shack that I live in now because of the hurricane. The very next day you cancelled my card! Now I am stuck 125 miles away from home. Thank You for giving me another blow! I have no family, not married, no one at all to call for help. I think everyone should know how you treat people that keep their card with a zero balance. I don't think I was that bad of a customer for you to cancel my card the very next day after you told me it was ok to use. Your sorry!

Chevron bad fuel

Hello, I am a service advisor at a chevy dealer, ray chevrolet, in abbeville, la... I have a customer with a 2015 chevy 2500 hd diesel, my customer put diesel fuel at a chevron station (2031 charity st, abbeville, la 70510), as they were driving off, the service light came on dash, and read, "water in fuel", customer drove here (nearest chevy dealer)... We took a fuel sample from the tank, and got a fuel sample (half water and half fuel)... We will need to drop the tank, clean out the tank, replace the fuel filter and flush out the fuel injectors... And add fresh clean diesel... Estimate given to customer... Well... My customer went to the chevron, and was treated horribly, the worker basically asked her, "who do you think you are"... Poor customer service, he needs another job... Can you please help my customers? She has breast cancer, four little children, hard working husband, struggling with enough bills, any help would be appreciated...

I have been charged a late fee of 77.00 when I paid the bill on line on 12/18/2017 my bank said they would have received it no later than 12/22/2017. They say they received it on 1/8/2018. My bank says there is no way that is true. Key Bank has sent them a letter and a fax to tell them this. the reference numbers are 3BK9KTN2 and 22QTJ5. I called to let them know that I did not owe this late fee and never did. They said I had to pay or accrue more late fees. I have not used this card since the last payment and I don't owe them any money. Chevron rude/ unprofessional customer service that I received.

I visited your 4300 Watt Ave store location in North Highlands, Ca with the cross street of Longview and paid for $6.00 in gas. I went out to my car and noticed that I pushed the wrong grade of gas (91) when my car only takes (89)! I immediately went inside the store to tell the clerk what had happened! The clerk called me a liar after I explained what happened and proceed to tell me that he can only give me a 1 dollar and some change back from the 6.00 that I has already given him for gas! The clerk started yelling at me with a line full of customers and arguing with me and calling me a liar again. He was very loud, rude and unprofessional. The clerk who would not give me his name or the owners name (he refused after I asked him multiple times) I even asked him to play back the cameras, he refused! The clerk told me that " That is your problem not mine"! I advised him again after he continued to argue with me that I did not pump any gas and my tank is still empty! Why would I lie about 6.00 dollars of gas I asked the clerk? He told me ' I am not dealing with you call the police, I am not going to help you"! I called the Sheriff department and wanted 40 mins inside the store until them claim and spoke with the clerk and they told me to file a complaint because I am at his mercy and he is not going to refund my 6.00 or give change the pump to the right grade of gas (89) so that I can get my gas on be on my way to work! So here I am filing a complaint like the police asked me too! My fuel ticket number was 374618 please help me!

Maybe I misread the complaint however, since you have a fuel ticket number, doesn't that indicate you did pump gas? 91% grade is better, so it shouldn't create a problem for the engine.

Chevron cashier refuse to sell to me and disrespect me

Hello

Since 01 month there is cashier refuse to sell me and each time he miss respect me also argue about my color and race. Today I decide to open case against him I ask name and number of his manager he refuse to give it to me his manager he didnt fix the problem
My health is worse and each time he make my blood presseur up (I have doctor raport)

Chevron receipts at the pump

1/22/18 but can never get a receipt at the pump and I am handicapped. Manager says it is Chevrons fault and cannot fix pump. the station is at 1210 Main St, Ramona, Ca. client # [protected]. It is the only Chevron station in town the next one being approximately 40 mi. away. I am being forced to use another brand of gas. I am an ex-Chevron employee and would prefer to use Chevron.

they are now saying they have not received faxes and letters and are threatening late charges on a later charge I never deserved in the first place!

I sent this bill out the minute I received it. they said they received it on the 1/8/2018 when it was sent out on 12/18/2017. I have prof because I bank on line. I think there practices are shady to get a fee of 77.00 dollars and interest. this company should be looked into.

Chevron dishonest worker

There is new worker who always says that the energy drinks are closed but I'm been going here for 10 years DAILY and it has never been that way. She is dishonest and bad for your company! And a bad example for any future employees! I'm pretty confident that I'm not the only one who has a problem with her attitude!

Chevron customer service (extremely poor) (single employee)

Note: I have never given a complaint in my 30 years of life.

I truly felt it was not only bad customer service but disrespectful. She went out of her way to purposely be so rude all while rolling her eyes and sighing very loudly. I have been in customer service my entire life and I would terminate her. As I write this my wife checked Google reviews and I am absolutely shocked that with the numerous reviews on Ronda that she still has a job.
I would gladly explain my experience to someone over the phone.
I go out of my way to go to chevron for all my gas purchases.

Chevron I got charged twice for one transaction!

I been coming to this chevron over 3 years, On 12/07/2017 i was charged twice for two different prices. I contacted my bank they confirmed it was two transaction and i should contact chevron to get my money back. I work monday threw friday 8 to 5 by the time i get home its 6:30. Apparently the manager or boss is gone by that time. I been calling leaving messeges to relay to rhe manager to please contact me in regards this situation. O have not once even received a phone call from any body ! Really bad management and hortible customer service i have not pumped gas there and i will not waist my money on them again ! Maybe now i will get a call back !

Chevron car wash and customer service

I just filled up my tank and bought a car wash. I went through the car wash and it had zero soap. No biggie I thought I will go in and get a refund... noway he said...your wash has very little soap. Lol I said I have been filling up for a very long time here and getting a car wash ..with soap. I asked for a refund be said no. Come back in 14 days and get a new wash. Gez.. super rude service. Just want my money back. 6.99. Not enough to ruin my day but the attitune was not necessary.

Chevron service and cleaning chemicals in bathroom

I was at 2285 north liveryman ave chevron this morning to get gas and go to the restroom #2. I entered the restroom and the chlorine smelling gas was extreme. I flushed the toilet that still had a pink foamy liquid and the fan turned on when I went in. I had to go really bad and sat on the toilet trying to hurry. The gases from the chemicals they used started getting to me. I finished and felt dizzy. I bought a water and went out to gas up my truck at 8:30 am on 12/20/2017. I started feeling even worse and pulled up to the store and proceeded to wait just in case I passed out. Look at the film Im in a clearly marked ADAMS POOL SOLUTIONS Ford f150. I then felt better and decided not to confront the man that barely spoke english. I am sending this report because all day I felt dizzy. I am now at home and coughing up flem. but not dizzy. This report is only for any future problems like tomorrow. I did not seek medical, but came close at the store parking lot. I was also very out of it all day. Chevron anti-freeze

$18 For anti freeze..That's what I just played at my local Chevron. O'rileys is $8 For anti freeze. Thanks for ripping me off! Billion dollar company chevron is. At least give something back to the customer. But who am I kidding. You don't get Rich by being nice. And just like every other complaint department. It won't get solved. $18 For anti freeze. Won't be making that mistake again. Done with chevron! Arco is only $12. Guess I will bring my business there

Chevron george's chevron

On 12-12-17 I went into this store, waited in line with everyone else. Heard a man ask the cashier if they take food stamps, the owner of the place was standing behind her and he YELLS at the man to "go over there and wait".

The mentally and physically disabled man was treated very poorly. I have never seen someone get treated so bad, it was very sad. I stuck up for him and bought him his soda so that he did not have to wait longer.

The owner of this store is prejudiced. I will never forget this experience, when I got back to my car I was crying. I also will spread the word and of course never go there again.
