Inability to Ship Product
This company has been unable to produce or ship any of my AED orders for many months now. Every time I contact them, I receive a different answer or excuse. Bottom line is I have yet to receive an AED or related products. I have spoken with many companies and it appears that Cardiac Science is shipping only to large clients or dealers.
Anyone else suffering from this as well?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Is the same all over the world with them!
Former employee says blame owners in India - they will not pay the bills to buy more parts, so the product can not be built.
