Faulty rhino sewer hose
I sent a picture to you on 08-16-2021 on a rhino sewer kit that I bought on 08/15/2021 for app. $46.00. one 10 foot section was not attached. you said you would get me a new one in the mail. It has been 22 days and no sewer hose.
rick from camco was nice to me on the phone but for some reason everything went south. I only want to be made whole. I will file a complaint to walmart if
this issue is not taken care of. this has been an inconvenience. In the future I will be returning items back to walmart instead of dealing with the manufacture. thanks

single head 5 micron external water filter and stand.
Water leaks from the pressure release button on top. It is the red button. I also have the stand for it to sit in so it is not laying on the ground.
I have bought many camcorder products and this filter is the first one that is not up to your standard.
When purchased I also got extra 6 extra 5 micro filters.
I thought the filter and stand would be a great addition to my RV. I was carrying 15 2 gallon jugs of water for coffee and drinking. With this new filter system I would not have to carry water. The system is filtering but leaking bad around the pressure release button.
Product didn't work - refused refund or credit
We purchased a Cyclone Sewer Vent from Camping World. It is made by Camco. It is advertised as fitting "any plumbing" on any RV. However, it did not fit our RV piping, and there were no adapters provided to make it fit. I contacted Camco and requested credit for something else of theirs that would work with my RV, but they refused. I asked for contact from the owner, but I was never contacted.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think, by reading this, that your complaint is with Camco, not camping world. If it was CW that refused refund, my questions would be, did you try to take it back within the 90 day period, and did you have the reciept?
