Cache Creek Casino Resort Casino security and head of floor security

The dealer mis dealt I confront him and just wanted him to explain why we didn’t get paid or what just happened and he called the floor guy who was rude and did not listen had no care in world about what I said I tryd to cash out and the following happen that’s in this video they lied made me sign paper that I can’t com back for year but real paper said life just to get me out and I was ban the sane thing happen on 8/4/23 and I was approached did the same way made scene and kicked out again I was searched unlawful detained like a criminal for no reason and I was there a week or two prior to this accident

Desired outcome: Law suit will be file in response to your action to make the right I will be going to the media and naacp foundation and with my three witnesses and vide I will be pursuing legal help and compensation

Cache Creek Casino Resort Corrupt slots

On 6/26/23-6/27 I was playing slot as well as multiple days before this and not one time was I approached for a drink, asked how I was doin or even noticed as a regular that spends 5000 a day and not one dsmn time could I get the offer of being comped. Today I spent 8000 dollars and not one jackpot. Which I recorded. The machines are rigged a certain way here ND they are made to lose and not pay out making them un random. One machine hit and didn't pay out jack pot and that's what made do the complaint 41000 dollar jackpot and the screen blacked out. Why I said? They had no answer. and I'm sure I won't get a reply but I'd like to have my jackpot. Or be reimbursed for the lack of winning . One slot 3 hours 3000 dollars . Nothing. [censored]

Cache Creek Casino Resort Unacceptable Employee Conduct

I spend a lot of $ at your casino. Often, when someone leaves a pay slip in a machine and has left the area, they are printed upside down so normally I will just put it in my purse. Last night when my pay ticket jammed in a quarter machine, the attendant paid me in cash. I then played other machines and when I was near the same machine I had been playing, there was a pay slip sticking out, so I put it in my purse. A few hours later, two attendants approached me saying I was paid twice on the same machine and demanded I pay them the cash which I did not have, so I offered my credit card which they would not accept and after much argument, they agreed to a cash advance on my credit card & walked me over to the very crowded cashier line. I was humiliated, slandered and threatened bc rather than pulling me aside to discuss the situation, they berated me and treated me like a common criminal at the machine I was sitting at which was surrounded by countless people. I should post this online should sue you as well. Barbara Pascone

Cache Creek Casino Resort Security services

Hello. I am a long time patron at Cache Creek Casino Resort, ruby card holder. I was publicly harassed by one of CCCR's security supervisor and this individual was reprimanded with suspension after my complaint on this site. While security services has improved over the past decade, it still has more improvement to work on. My wife is a jade card holder, highest level at CCCR My wife and I spent a huge amount of $ to fatten up Cache Creek and a recent incident there didn't justify for the level of patronage anywhere near it should be.

I feel the only way way to get CCCR's attention is through this legitimate complaint board. My issue with with the security supervisor handling my case. I would furnish more information when contacted by CCCR's rep.

CCCR used to be a good place to play and one where you feel you have a chance. Not anymore, like the rest out there. Thank you.

Cache Creek Casino Resort Front desk, Unprofessional, Very rude, Very helpless

The front desk staff is very Very unprofessional. Useless, Helpless . Definitely I'm not referring this cache creek casino to all my family's and friends. I'm very disappointed because they can't even help me out for one time courtesy. It is very funny because it's Sunday and the lady at the front desk cannot do anything even I know everyone is going back home due for going back to work. Anyway this place is not good at all very disappointed 😔

Desired outcome: Definitely I’m not going to recommend this casino to all my friends and families

Cache Creek Casino Resort Failure to follow threw from head of sicurtity

My name is shunon hill I have been a club member for 15 years or more with in the last month or so there was a incident were one of your customers had an movement on the casino floor, poop !
I happened to be in that same area by the bar closest the the stage and had unknowingly stepped in the man's poop. There was employess of your that had come over to clean up the poop yet they never told anyone that we were walk in it poop. I smelt it but was not sure were it was coming from I went to the food Cort tracking poop that was all over my shoes with me and none of your staff who was aware of this never said a word to me or even tried to warn me about this poop.I play some more games keeper smelling that rotten smell not thinking for one moment that it could be posable that I'm tracking human fecises all over your casino still none of the staff informing me either. I proseded the get in my car and go home track human fecises all over my car now then home I walk in my house and that smell agin finally check my shoes and they have fecises human all over I never thought that it would even be possible that would happen and staff not even have the decency to inform me or help me get it of my shoes who dose that dieseses come from human fecises now it all over my car floor and in my home.i called your people and they directed me to your head of security he said he would check into it and also said he was sending some paper to fill out so the casino could pay for the clean up on my car and home.That never happened it has been a month and nothing from you all.I believe that the health department should be informed of your failure to respond properly in the clean and sanitizing of all the fecises in your casino I also believe I should be compensated for my clean up and my troubles do to this disgusting situation. Your casino is lacking in alot of areas public health should never be a consurne for people in any place of bissness I feel that you don't care one bit about anyone's safety in your casino just the money you can get from them. I my self am a bussness owner and know the laws do you. Not sure what I should do next so I'm going to give one week to here back about compensation for the clean of both my car and my house as well as my troubles do to the fecises from you casino before I call someone who dose care health department then my lawyer. I hope you understand my frustration and discust and side with me so we can be done with this all to gether quickly. Have a good day.

I knew that I smelled poop when I went there I kept asking my wife don't you smell that over and over and her reply was always Yes I smell that poop I don't think they have yet, sanitized that place properly. They are the worst and should be stopped or shut down or something .it really was that bad...I will never step foot in that extremely horrible smelling place ever again . its really that bad people .!

Cache Creek Casino Resort Security was rude to us having a service animal.

April 12 around 12pm we were asked to leave the property. Security was unreasonably rude to us because we didn't have our service dog with us because our dog was sleeping in the car. It is embarrassing enough for us to live with disabilities, and for security at cache creek to keep reminding us through their offensively rude questions is harassment. We asked for permission the night before if it was okay to have a service animal with us and they told us it wasn't a problem. But once the shift changed I guess the day shift security don't feel that service animals are honored on their shift.
The loses that we occurred due to them asking us to leave costed us thousands of dollars. Prior to them kicking us out we already lost 7000 cash and booked and also paid for 400 dollars worth of spa appointments that we were not credited back for. There was a Jaguar raffle at 4pm which we don't know if our names were ever called.
Personally I feel like not only were we mistreated by security, they shouldn't be allowed to make decisions costing customers money they have no rights to.
Security job is to protect the business and customers.

Desired outcome: I would like the security to reinstate our privileges and apologize for being rude to the disabled having service animals.

Cache Creek Casino Resort rude security harassment/bully

Hi. I would like to see if anyone else have had been harassed by the head of security at Cache Creek. His name is Mathew K. He's been bulling many others and last night (5/25/2011) He tried to intimidate me as I was getting on the bus to go home at 4 am.

The incident last nighttook place right in front of the bus and it is related to another one three months ago chose to overstay and not take the scheduled bus at 5 pm. So I went inside Cache Club to ask if there are any other buses running that I catch to go back to the Bay Area. All of a sudden, he (Mathew) pointed at me and hollered. Then he was like, I am going to ban you, blah blah blah. I tried to explain to him but he continuously interrupted me and was very rude. After checking ID and all those, I thought he was satisfied showing off power. Yeah, then he tried call the taxi for me to get back to San Jose (so that I can get banned for life) but that's not what I was asking. I was merely asking for the bus schedule! I didn't argue but he just didn't listen. I kept telling him that everything is fine and that I had made prior arrangement by paying extra for the 4 am bus. I just want to know about other buses' schedule. Finally, I thought all things squared away, after I gave him the number of the bus operator to confirm that I have a ride back to SJ at 4 am. But that wasn't the end b/c a lot more has happened since. Every single he sees me, he had a look of disdain.

So last night as I was getting on the bus, I turned around and saw him inside Cache Creek. Just b/c I did that, he went after me. He thought I gave him a dirty look or something but I was just looking around for the host of the bus I was getting on. He told another security who knew me well to go after me and check my ID. That security was polite and I could tell he was uncomfortable when I asked me for my ID. Then Mathew came out and that's when we went at it for 15 minutes. My question for him was, why are you ID'ing me again? His answer was, I just want to check and make sure you were the one that missed the bus 3 months ago and that you are ok. What a ### b/c he has seen me there two, three times a week all these times. He was like, get on the bus now or I'll arrest you. What gives?

I am a regular player at Cache Creek since 1999, having contributed 6 figure to CC since. I am very well known with many table dealers, floor sups, custodians, cage cashiers, etc...b/c I am a big tipper. I have done nothing but lost my money and helped make CC the casino it is today. I have no criminal record, nothing and this asinine night shift security head has been harassing me. He's got it personal now.

If anyone has similar problem with him, contact me. I am planning on seeing Randy Takemoto, the general manger there in early June. Something needs to be changed b/c I have seen him done this to many others and they are all intimidated. I guess most people lost their money and just don't want anymore trouble but this guy needs to be known of his abusive power, rude attitude, short temper. Security's job is not to be rude and abusive, but to keep the place safe for the public - first and foremost. Yes, they can put away unruly people and those people who are trouble makers. I have done nothing but good for Cache Creek and he's been after me. He's the bald-head security head in suit walking with a walkie talkie sometimes. Just an absolute turd and people like that do not belong to a place to Cache Creek. He is there b/c tens of thousands of us who lost money and made Cache Creek grow. All my twelve years going to Cache Creek, Reno, Vegas, AC, Biloxi, all over, I have never ever had a problem with any security issue. This ### has been by far the worst bully.

And let me tell you. One of these days, I am going all the way see Michael Finney on ABC's 7 On Your Side. He would love to hear about casino complaints. Who wouldn't? Cache Creek, your best days are over. The more people find out about the abuses you've continued to harbor, the more your reputation is going down. You're lucky to have this many indifferent customers b/c you're the closest to the Bay Area.

So I came back to Cache Creek last Saturday (7/2.) It had been a while since the last security incident on May 25th. Well, a lot of slot techs were surprised to not have seen me. So one of them asked me where I've been. I said to her, that I was harassed a month ago went briefly went into some details of what happened. Somehow she misunderstood me and thought I was on the banned list. So she contacted security and they were chasing me around lol. Fifteen minutes, I spent time with them after being ID'ed. I asked to speak to the security shift supervisor and two of them came out (Don't recall their names.) They were more respectful this time (only after I mentioned that I will proceed with talking to their boss. The point is who the f**k wants to come to a casino to blow money and get ID'ed in front of many people? A lot of those patrons know me. So it's like they have this strange look on their face, "what's happening to him? Did he steal something?"

See what you have caused me Matthew? I know you've read this and prob. will read it again. Karma will get you. Get the f**k away from me the next time you see and don't you ever f**k'ing spew your arrogant and cocky filth on me again.

For the last two months I have not been able to connect to my account on the internet.
I have phoned support and the casino and still no help.I don't feel like going to the casino until
I can see what is going on in my account.I would like some one to give me advise.

I visited the Cache Creek Casino Resort located at 14455 Highway 16, Brooks, California 95606 on Thursday evening on August 20, 2009 around 10:00 pm. I brought with me a Cache Creek Casino chip of $25 that I had forgotten and left in my drawer for perhaps 4 or 5 years. To my surprise, the cashier personnel at the casino said the $25 chip was no longer valid. I spoke with both "Alice" and "Ebony" the managers at the cashier and neither was able to provide a reasonable explanation on how they can simply invalidate a casino chip that still have the name "Cache Creek" imprinted on it. I have given the casino $25 US dollar in exchange for this chip and expect to be tender the same amount upon presenting this chip.

When I requested to speak to the Casino Management for further explanation, the head of security was called upon instead. I calmly and logically explain to him the situation of how they can simply invalidate a casino chip without proper disclosure. His only explanation was "That's how casinos run." The head of security then became impatient and accused me of being intoxicated. I became very upset but did not want any altercation so I simply walked away.

Last year around November 2012, I called the office of Mark Longshore (Security Director.) A call was returned to me by Mr. Longshore's assistant. I no longer remember his name. This is the same person that has handled the harassment case. I wanted to know what happened, how come I was never contacted about the result of the case. He told me Matthew was disciplined for 3 months for the incident. But as the conversation went on, he became more aggressive n continued to interrupt me. All I wanted to know was how come I was never contacted and briefed up on the result of the investigation. Then towards the end he said (and I quote), "Mr. Nguyen. If you continue to bring this case up, I will 86 you." That was near the end of the conversion.

Well I have forgotten about it all this time. The next time I see Randy Takemoto, I will bring this up and see how tough you are ###. Being unprofessional to a Ruby member who has donated tens of thousands this year alone is not good business. Bad karma will get you. Graton Rancheria will get you.

I have worked at cache creek for quite some time and i know exactly what you're talking about, the majority of security guards(if you can call them that) who work at cache creek are high school drop outs or who have gone nowhere after high school and they have been at cache creek for quite a long time so they are on a high power trip and they do believe the job they perform is important. even employees are harassed and bullied by CCCR security.

i did have the same experience . I was at CC 2 weeks ago and this guy( Mathew K ) was just staring at me with no reason. He told me he can ban me from this place if he wants to i asked him, " what did i do, i didn't do anything wrong" he said he can ban me because he feels like it. What a coward. I am glad to see someone is speaking up. Thank you .
