I have my second Bryant Pulse 95 furnace fail in Nov 2025. The service rep jerked me around for the entire month claiming "I have never seen this problem before". Furnace would throw an error code 014 and would not turn on. Needed to go down and turn power switch on. He checked what he was trained to do. Then he started replacing parts. First the gas valve, Didn't help. Then wanted to replace the burner. That didn't work. Then he blamed the propane pressure regulators. Had the gas company replace 2 regulators That didn't work. That is when I suspected he was just trying to sell me a third Bryant furnace in a 23 year period. After a month of playing games I decided I was done with Bryant furnaces and bought a new furnace from a different dealer different brand. Bryant-Carrier seems to have an agenda of wanting to sell a new furnace just before the warranty expires. I had fallen for that con when my first Bryant was 9 months old. They said it was a "buy back program". The second furnace heat exchanger went out within 5 years. That is the furnace that went out in Nov 2025. That is when I finally decided I had had enough of Bryant-Carrier dealers dirty business practices. I may be 80 but I am not stupid or senile. Thinking about talking to an attorney.
Recommendation: Don't consider any brand that Bryant-Carrier sells.
