Misleading Company

I was warned several times that these guys will make a commitment and then try to renegotiate. They did in the middle and again near the end of my deal. I pulled it away and will proceed with the another firm. If you need your deal to happen on time or don't have flexibility - DO NOT USE BOSTON NOTE. And understand you wont receive what they offer.

Desired outcome: Help others avoid the headaches.

I definitely do not recommend this company if you want to get paid

I worked with Boston Note to close a Note deal in which I was to receive a finders fee. The deal closed on July 29, 2011. I have yet to receive my finders fee. I have called 12 times and e-mailed the company five times over a period of five months with no satisfaction.
