Very serious hazard
I bought a green step stool from a book fair a few months back and I have only used it a couple times total and i fell right through the top portion of the step stool! I fell on the floor entangles in the sharp fragments of a once step-stool. I found that there were other companies that recalled this item but not Books Are Fun. It says it can hold 300lb and I am only 195 lbs.
Has anyone else had this problem? I am going to call for a refund and tell them it is a dangerous product.

a piece broke off. cant use it now
this is a watch that has 30 different colors of watch bands. i was changing the bands 1 day & when i took off the band the little silver rod broke off with it. i bought this at the akron general hospital in akron ohio where my daughter had to stay for a couple of days. ive only had it for about a month & half. would like to have it replaced.

This product did some weird things to my computer, let me believe that I could download and view photos, and now won't work at the point where it needs proper drivers or something like that. Is it worthwhile getting new software or junk it?
I had the same thing happen with the same watch my granddaughter received for Christmas, only it broke after changing the band just once. What a shame. It's such a cute watch. After careful evaluation, the arms that hold the bands on are plastic not metal, like the watch.
I am not sure of the representative's name that does that particular hospital. If you know his or her name you can call them direct. If you do no not know it you can call the main office in Colorado. The number there is [protected]. They will either give you the reps name or they will take care of it for you.
