Bookmasters Not refunding money

We were promised a refund of over 3 thousand dollars for a service that was not completed. Book Masters will not respond to our Emails. We want to warn other people that this company is a scam. We worked with this company to get a book published. Their work was shoddy and we had to keep calling them to fix problems. They asked for money to have the book reviewed. The "review" was cancelled and we were promised a refund. They will not respond to our emails. They seemed to have disappeared.

I am currently in a lawsuit with BookMasters. My attorney and I would like to hear from others who have been scammed by this company. My complaint includes fraud in the inducement, negligence, breach of contract, and detrimental reliance.
