Best Holiday Malaysia Insurance claim fail for flight delay

唯一旅行社负责人：
內蒙古之旅保险赔償金
我们马六甲的六位团友曾在23/8/24至31/8/24参与贵公司主办的内蒙古之旅，原本在31/8/24可抵达大马，但在30/8/24，领队（阿龙）告诉我得在北京多住一天，因马航班机廷误了，在1/9/24才有机位回大马，我们自付旅店费用，也把一切所须的证件交给阿龙领队代为处理，但等了整整3个月了，其它的团友都各自获得保险的赔偿，唯独我们几个和贵公司购买的旅游保险却毫无讯息，贵公司到底有没有和团友购买旅游保险?阿龙也没给我们答复。
希望贵公司能够给我们满意答复，并给于赔偿，要不然我们定会通过大众媒体公告天下。

Best Holiday Malaysia Unhappy with Best Holiday

I was genuinely let down when I joined 唯一旅游 Best Holiday to Zhangjiajie for the first time. Most days, the same kind of meals are served. Very hurried at the picturesque locations, with little time for taking pictures because of the strict schedule. The hotels listed on the schedule are not at all what they seem to be.

Highly not recommended. They also changed my tour date 6 weeks prior to fly with a reason that China Southern airline changed the date.. which I was dumbfounded. Didn’t they make all the booking and arrangements much earlier?

Best Holiday Malaysia The worst travel agency

To complain about a sales girl name Aries who was a very irresponsible person in this travel company. Tour cancel didn’t inform and when called up and message no replied. Till I called the travel company hotline to know that the tour was cancel and waited to get refund more than 30 days. A really terrible service!

Never never step in this company again!

Best Holiday Malaysia Bad service

有个名叫Amanda Lee的，每次whatsapp问问题都不回复，打电话去投诉了就有回复，过后又是已读不回，有时就好几天都没回复，一个旅游公司如果是这样的服务态度还有谁敢和你们公司签配套。问了好几次飞机起飞时间都不当一回事，而且还发错的时间给我！现在我要买机票飞到klia都没航班了！那么多家旅游公司还是第一家那样的服务。希望去旅游时候不会发生这些烂服务烂态度。第一次选这家旅游公司也是最后一次了。
