I ordered a pair of shoes from their website (ORDER #45304) which arrived in early June 2021. The shoes were advertised as a size US 10, true to fit. They were a bit too small for me so I contacted customer services ([protected]@beklina.com) whether it's possible to return the shoes. I've sent them four emails and have not received a single reply to this date. Last week, I also received an invoice for Duty & VAT from DHL for £62.59 (the shipping company used by Beklina to the UK). This is on top of the inflated shipping charges I paid already. When placing the order, there was no mention of additional charges due. This is very unprofessional and basically non-existent customer service. I would like a refund for my shoes and I am not prepared to pay the additional customs charges. It's outrages.

About a month ago I received my shoes that I have ordered from www.beklina.com. Size was incorrect and I contacted the company and asked for a smaller size. They agreed and recently I received another pair. This time there was nothing wrong with the size and they fit just perfectly, but there was another problem, they sent me used shoes! There were mud stains and they looked old! Contacted them again and they called me a liar and refused to communicate any further! Will never shop here again!

They didn’t look similar with what I saw on the pictures. As well as they didn’t take orders back and no refund. Don’t buy from them; they cheat out of your money. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
