Bar One Security Unacceptable service and we are extremely disappointed

We had a new driveway gate made by Bar One Security. We chose a design from their photo album which incorporates wide metal diagonal panels. We are so disappointed that they have made the panels by welding shorter panels together. The welds are very obvious, and spoils the look of the gate altogether. Their excuse, which is unacceptable, is that they don't have a machine which can cut longer panels. If we had wanted an amateur-made gate, we would have contracted with a back-yard specialist, not an established company. Amongst other requests, we asked Bar One Security to replace the panels with seamless ones, but they have refused. This is really unacceptable service and we are extremely disappointed.
