Bad Recommendation - Worse Service

It's a very long story but the bottom line is that "Mark" at AZ Ponds recommended a specific pump for a fountain application after I gave him complete and accurate details of the application and, of course, it didn't work. It didn't even get the water out of the fountain. I then moved the pump right to the edge of the pond and it could only produce about a...
