I bought a power lift recliner from AZ Mediquip Inc on January 28, 2022. Unfortunately, it broke down on January 31, 2022. I am really disappointed and want a full refund. I bought it for disability reasons and it's really important for me to have a reliable recliner.

This company don't know how to do customer service
This company don't know how to do customer service. The folks they got dealing with customer service problems are rude, dismissive and bad at talking. They are the worst home health seller I ever worked with and they wanna mess up the customer any way they can. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING.
