Avolon

Company called Ultimate Excursions solicited us for a timeshare presentation with a gift of a "free cruise" . Company providing this "free cruise" is called Avolon or Fun time vacations. They asked us to provide them with a refundable deposit ($180) so they could give us a discounted quote on the cruise. The quote they provided was substantially higher than any of the common traveling websites so we opted out and asked for a refund on our deposit, they refused to give it back. I tried to reason with them saying that the language in our contracts says " Once travel documents are ordered and purchased by Avolon at your request, there cannot be any refunds" Avolon could not provide me with anything proving that they made any purchases on my behalf but would not provide us with a refund. Ultimately they did not honor our contract. Please stay away, they clearly have no ethical standards.
