Auchan Delivery

I ordered merchandise and chose the time to deliver it between 13:00H - 15:00H. I contacted customer service at 13:15H and she just advised the order was in the process of delivery. I asked what time I expected to receive my order. The customer refused to answer my question and asked me to contact the driver. Now it is 16:19H, I still have not received anything. I requested to cancel and refund my money back but customer service told me the order was processed and not cancel either refund. I am truly disappointed with the way Auchan provides its services and the way the customer service helps clients solve their problems.
