ASA Publishing Co
I have done business with ASA Publishing Services for 2 projects, and in this last project, their service has been very poor. It has taken some of my anthology authors months to get their books. Mr. Hill has been very slow in returning calls, as he has done better in the past when I did business with him. He has had multiple turnovers in the business, and now I am not able to get a return call. I don't think I will be able to do business with this company with this inefficient customer service. We have been very patient with ASA and the owner.

Our Contractual Agreement in Printing - Section 12 (c) states: If you order books and decide to make changes while they are in printing mode, then there will be a $225 dollar return and an adjustment replacement fee and/or shipping & handling cost, depending on how many have already been printed versus what’s not printed. ASA Publishing Corporation is not responsible to pay additional fees for any order delays, denials, or returns that could have been avoided.
