I had a bank account and cause one person said that they didn’t want the sevice that was sold and through Zelle and I told your representative to refund the money and he said was he was closing my account and called me liar when I didn’t know exactly what my boyfriends business sold and it was on July 20,2023 his name was Troy at 1:17 pm how is he just going to close my account when I didn’t know what happened exactly and I only had one other thing my account thaT I got ahold of you and said that wasn’t my charge how do you close account when it Is the first time having a problem

I moved to Washington State in June 2019 and registered my vehicle. I paid off my auto loan in February 2020 and I never received a title. I just found out my car title was sent to a licensing office in Washington State instead of me. I have no idea why. The representative said this occurred because my vehicle was registered in Washington when I paid off my loan. She LIED! I spoke to the licensing office in Washington and a title was never received from Arrowhead.
How do I know she lied...
* She initially tried to tell me that the title was sent to me and because I moved addresses in June 2020 is why I did not receive the title. When I would not accept that she then put me on hold for about 30-40 min and then came back and told me, she had good news (which I new was bs). She said they sent the title to Washington since the car was registered there. I had told her that Washington is pretty organized (anyone who has moved here from out of state would most likely agree). She said since they are organized they should be able to assist you. Well, because they are organized, it took them 30 seconds to do a search over the phone and tell me NO title was received and instructed me to call the credit union back and request they have a title reissued.
