Cross Borivali, East Mumbai, Contact Number [protected], Legal Department [protected]) sum of rupees 500000 which was also approved this is loan account no AFC786098790/0151/2016 date 23/06/2016

I have yet to deposit fees 82590 in this account no [protected] account holder and apex legal advisor Mr. Ratnesh Singh no of Mr. Ratnesh Singh is +91 [protected]

1. File Charge = 1800

2. Agreement Charge = 11950

3. Insurance = 15000

4. Fund Converting Charges = 18200

5. 3 Advance EMI 5880*3 = 17640

6. Commission = 18000

7. Commission Transfer Department = 15000

After deposit this all the amounts my RTGS not credit in my account they told him deposit more money for transfer department's commission but I do not have to deposit cash and Mr. Ratnesh Singh not taking my call from last 10 days please solved this problem

Apex Finance company in Rome GA is bad about harassment. They are a part of Security Finance Co. based in S.C. or N.C. I think. I forgot to pay my bill and the very next day they called me at work. I told her not to call me at work and she immediately called me on my cellphone. I told her they would never get me to borrow from them again and hung up, and she called me right back. I didn't answer, so she called my husband. He told her he was going to come in next week to make my payment and his payment and she said he could not do that! She said she had to have the payments immediately. He said "Oh Well, too bad then."

Can they refuse payment? I thought every place gave you a grace period anyway?!
