Anchor Express Bad service

Totally unacceptable experience. Product was defective, Anchor Express would not accept return unless I paid shipping and 15% restocking fee. Pushed me off on manufacturer to resolve myself at my time and expense. The President of Anchor Express not the sharpest tack in the box and lacking in even the most basic customer service instinct.
