was scammed by your agent Daniel who deceived me by making me pay for services that are free. I will file a complaint against your company for breach of trust and fraud. he told me that luggage is not free. I paid 93£ when I called the company they told me you 8k and 23kg each person. When I told him that he change and said I will give more kilos. he charge me 493 for a transit form I call the company they told you don't need any visa or transit form. when I complained he said do worry I will give 2 vouchers. He is not professional. From 1600£ in the beginning he obliged me to pay 2200£. I can have direct flight with less.
