Tahlia jeddah drive through
Arrived at 11:35 pm and literally got my order after 1 hour and after pressing the horn literally non-stop for 20 seconds. The manager came out running and i was furious as well as the other 20 cars were honking too in the drive through. My order was too simple 2 x 10 pcs nuggets and 1 tabdoori meal.
Man when hiring local staff, strict measures should be kept in order to hire the right people! Its ruining Tazaj's brand image. The Lady at the drive through orders window should immediately be removed!
Desired outcome: Remove the lady at the drive through window tazaj tahlia jeddah!

Bad service
Recently went to the drive thru outlet at Takhasusi street in Riyadh. At 7:30 pm, the stupid guy tells me that the food is finished. I suppose he was a Bengali guy looking to avoid work. I mean how can the food finish at 7:30 pm? This is purely ridiculous ! I wish they have better customer service and someone takes a note.

poor hygiene and unproper food handling
I'm a valid customer of this restaurant but recently i found out that there is something wrong with their food handling process, i've seen a staff touching the food with his bare hands, other recooking their product if it's already cold, those are the disgusting views that i've seen that's why i turned my back on them and look for other restaurant that prioritize safety food handling and good services with their customer.

Today I had bought Kapsa and brosted chicken at Al Tara restaurant.I paid 36 riyals. I have never been tasted these kinds of terrible taste. One of the worst taste and wasted money. You can see the attached picture of the quality. Which is almost going to expire.
Offers Tuesday specials never ready, have to wait 20 minutes each week for the last three weeks
