Al Jaber Accommodation City
At camp the maintenance is very poor. Al Jaber camp employees are also not giving quick responses while we report it. Bathroom are in very very bad condition. I have attached the pictures.
Desired outcome: Bathroom should be fixed properly.
Kia rio
I sent my kia Rio for first service at Jubail branch. In the service slip it is clearly mentioned what services are they going to do with the car and it was included water service or they will issue the slip for water service. When I went to receive the car, I could find the car with out water service. When I requested for a coupon, the service manager refused to issue. I suspect all other services mentioned in the service slip is not done. I'm totally not satisfied with the service. If customers are valuable for KIA, please reply and do the needful.

For my family to Travel from Abudabi to Trivandrum by Flight # EY-272, In Economy Class on 22-Jun-2012.
On subsequent quaires with your etihad, They informed me that the above tickets are made vide by travel agencis on 07-03-2012 itself. Please also note I already made Full payment for the 4 tickets.
As I have not made the any cancellation of the above 4 tickets. Kindly re-issue the above 4 tickets to travel from Abudhabi to Trivandrum on 22-Jun-2012.
Hoping to hear your conformation on the issue of 4 tickets to me.
