Airco Service Inc.

On Monday June 20, 2011 Airco came to change out the fuse box near my AC unit, prior to this date I had my unit serviced for cleaning through the same company of which the service man informed me that it needed to be upgraded and fuse box was melted on the inside! So I waited until I could afford the service and called them. Four days after having the fuse box changed from 30amps to 40 amps the unit stopped working. I called on Friday after arriving home and was told the earliest that they could come out was Monday 27, 2011, I agreed and waited. On Monday Jason the electrician arrived at approximately 1030am; after checking the work that had been completed previously and the breaker box I was told the breaker unit was bad. He proceeded in telling me, that it would be an additional cost of 169, of which I stopped him and asked why I would be charged as this should be a part of the previous service. He stated it had nothing to do with the other repairs. I told him I would personally purchase the part; he then stated that I owed him for 69 dollars for service call. I called the supervisor in which I received the round around, I gave him my Credit card number and thought we were finished with business. That same evening upon arriving home from work (around 530pm) I noticed my breaker box was left open and exposed wires visible of which I photographed. Before taking the advice of this Company the only problem I had with my AC unit was blowing of fuses, now the air just blows hot; I would like them to either refund my money, repair the problem or restore everything back to the original state or I can take it to another company that values its customers!
