mercedes windshield

Windshield arrived poorly packed thus broken in half.
Joe at Adsit said he would submit the insurance claim to Fedex.
Three weeks later no resolution.
Adsit charged my Visa Oct 5 for a second windshield.
Oct 25 no windshield shipped or even in stock.
Adsit has NEVER used email to communicate. They insist
on doing everything from their end verbally. No surprise as
they then dispute what they promised.
Stay away.
