I had the foundation fixed on my mother's house. She passed and left the house to me. The foundation is done but the worker's left such a mess. Cement chunks in the yard. Said to wait till the soil settles because there's mounds of CLAYnot soil. It will NOT settle. I would like it fixed,as I am putting it up for sale next month. I have emailed a Brian Donahue twice with pictures. I have texted John Marciniak, the rep. with pictures. NO ONE will return my emails or texts. Does this happen with all their clients? Not a way to run a big business!
Desired outcome: SOMEONE COME BACK AND FIX IT!!!!!

That's infuriatingly illogical – they fix the foundation but leave a mess that makes it unsellable? I'd stop waiting and send a formal demand letter referencing the photos. If they ignore that too, small claims court might be the only way to get their attention. You've been more than patient.
