Terrible
Over the weekend my daughters car was towed from Shell of 150 by Absolute without my daughter or myself being there. The tow wasn’t a repo or lien it was a AAA. They picked her car at 1204pm and she didn’t get it back until 1130 the next day.
They said AAA gave them the wrong information but I’d had the customer present before you took it as required u would have. Also they didn’t alert the city of Hoover as to what they had done.
I’m look at way to file a legal action against this company for the lack education of laws
Desired outcome: Legal reprimand

Beware of them
Just to let everyone know, they do NOT have a license to sell the vehicles they have re-poled or that are on their lot. They DO NOT follow the law as far as having your title within 14 days of purchase nor do they have the vehicles inspected which is required by any auto dealer before selling a vehicle. Stay away from them! It took me over 3 months to get a title and yet they still haven’t had the car emission, but when I did, it failed miserably. And I’ve dished out hundreds of dollars to just get the car running right.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Sir or Madam:
I own a company named Absolute Towing and want to make sure it is not the company you mean. There are about 13 Companies named that apparently. I would be in Los Angeles, please reply. Sorry to hear about any issues from someone with the same trade name. Check your local laws, trade associations (TRAA), and their governing body to help you.
