Our HOA has a contract with A-1 Roofing since Feb

Our HOA has a contract with A-1 Roofing since Feb. 3rd, 2020. The contract says that "extra services, if approved by the client, will cost $109.00 per hour plus materials". In February , the HOA association had Ice Dams on the roof. These Ice Dams caused water leaks in some units. We decided to ask A-1 Roofing to remove the Ice Dams from those units. A-1 Roofing came on 7 different days, mostly for half days, to remove the ice. On March 8th, A-1 Roofing sent us an invoice for $12,125.23. They mentioned the 7 days of work but didn't provide any other details about the total number of hours. If we do some simple math: 12,125.23 / 7 (days) / 8 (hours) = $216.52 per hour, which is twice the rate stated in the contract. Mitch, the owner, said that he charged us double for Sundays, 1.5 times for Saturdays, and some other charges that we don't know about.
