On the coldest day of the year, we had the misfortune of learning that A1 Heating & Air Conditioning Inc had done a bad job installing our new HVAC system's drainage line. This caused it to freeze, and we were left without heat. I called twice for an A1 tech that day, but we never got a call back. We are A1 service members, but that didn't seem to matter. I called on Monday to complain and get the line fixed properly, but the service line and manager were extremely frustrating. They mistook me for a different customer multiple times, were rude, patronizing, and ultimately unhelpful. I found out that they are being bought out and can't do anything that would jeopardize the sale. So they are waiting to fix issues until after the sale. We are beyond appalled at the negligence.

I called A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning Inc on August 8th to check for gas leak in my house. They said it would cost $110 and if they had to do any work, it would be extra. Two guys came and said there was no leak and no work was needed. They finished the inspection and we got a bill on 9/1/2022 for $250. We tried to talk to them about it, but they said that was the new price and didn't explain why it was double even though they didn't do any work.
