The cashier was supposed to be waiting on me and instead of finishing with me he said do your debit card and went to the next cash register and started ringing up more people. I wanted to ask for some scratch off tickets but he was in too much of a rush with me. When he helped the next person at the other cash register he was asked to get some lotto ticket...

7-Eleven Rude customer service

On 3 Sept 08, I had occasion to visit this store to use the ATM machine and purchase a bottle of water. When my turn came in line to deal with crew member Cathy Brooks, I placed my purchase on the counter well within her reach. She informed me I had to move the water container closer to her prior to her scanning it, I responded by inquiring if something was wrong with her arm which would inhibit her ability to reach for the bottle, which as I previously stated was well within her reach. I attempted to deflect the situation by ordering an additional purchase, however Ms Brooks continued her disrespectful tirade by stating "You Customers think"... at which point I canceled my purchases with the intent of departing the facility. Ms Brooks was still running off at the mouth at which time I requested of her shift crew member the name of the store manager (Maribeth Cue) and that of the disrespectful worker. She attempted to inhibit his giving me the information I requested by telling him I had no right to know who was being disrespectful to me. I made it very clear of my intent to file a complaint against her with the national office. I feel this action is necessary, when discussing the incident with my wife, she advised she does not shop there due this employee's negative attitude and inability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Due to the negative impact of this incident, I too shall cease to frequent that facility unless I have need to use the ATM machine. I would appreciate your office making an inquiry to access whether this employee requires additional training regarding the proper way to interact with the paying public which frequent that facility or if the job is suitable for her and I also would appreciate your notifying me of your intent to investigate the incident.

The 7 eleven in Kingsley ave and Indian hill blvd in pomona has the rudest customer service ever!
I was buying stuff and some guy in the counter wearing a white tshirt said "no you can't use debit cards here!"" "we get charged $1 or .50" when I was about to pay for some chips and get $1 cash back. ok so why is there a credit card pad where you can buy and pay for anything? there is no sign of ANY REQUIREMENT to pay at all. so everyone can't pay for their items? will he tell this to everyone and loose possible sales? This needs to be fixed.

I happen to work at a 7-eleven in connecticut. And I'd just like to say ### you both, personally. We're underemployed, and they treat US like ###. Your pussys must really hurt to have to piss and moan. Im 20 years old, and Ill tell you this; I meet a new ### everyday at my store. We hear so many ###in problems we should all have 'bartender' tattooed on our foreheads. Then have the balls to tell me how to do my job? Next customer to try to ### up my day im going to request the address of where they work with a schedule, so I can ### up their day on THEIR time. And I'd like to conclude this with some advice; ### you, have a nice day. Oh yeah...thank you, come again. ###ers.

i was at 7eleven, last night in williamsburg on jamestown rd, and, there was this person named jermont, said ### you, to his co-worker, in front of my 3 kids, getting 3 slurpees, ...let me also say...that girl(don't know her name) was working on the coffee area, and he so disrespected her! i am sorry but this was so disrespectful, i will no longer give my buisness to that 7eleven again! i must admit, i am partial to this girl, shes always so sweet, and makes me feel welcome, and even makes me feel apperciated to be there...i'm sorry but when i heard this and seen this i was pizzed! thaks for hearing me out!

On September 23, 2008, I visited the following 7-11 to get gas:

100 W Spring Creek Pkwy
Plano, TX 75023

When prompted for a car wash, I could not press 'no' because the text on all the buttons were unreadable. So I walked into the building, waited in line for the cashier, who rudely told me to go move my car to another pump.

I told him that was unnecessary because he could input the info for me--that is, I didn't want a car wash. With that, he asked for my card, then asked me how much gas I wanted. I told him I didn't know--whatever it took to fill up. He told me to go do it, then return to him to sign.

He then grabbed the card from my hand, and as I turned to go do as he ordered, I spun around and told him I didn't need to do business after all with this company and put up with his rudeness. He replied, "That's fine."

Out the door went. I'll never do business there again, and I'll never do business with 7-Eleven again unless I get an apology.

Their computer ordering system is terrible. There was no way for me to customize my sandwich order. I had to verbally tell the lady what I wanted. 7-Eleven Bad gas problem!

I purchased fuel from the 7-11 gas station on post road in indianapolis, indiana back in october 2005 while on my way to new york. I put about 13 gallons of gas in my 2004 isuzu rodeo, bought some refreshments and got back on the interstate. Less than 3 miles down the road my car began to lurch and billow thick clouds of white smoke out of the exhaust. I nursed my vehicle to the next exit and stopped at a shell station where my vehicle died and would not start again. Luckily there was an advanced auto parts store nearby and travis was of superb assistance. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being bad gas and recommended heet water remover and lucas fuel additive. After some time and two bottles of heet, one bottle of octane booster, and a small bottle of lucas fuel treatment, it started up again. Still smoking like crazy. We drove down to the advanced auto parts store and purchased another bottle of heet. Travis tried to find us a fuel filter, but they didn't carry one that would fit my truck, but advised there was an auto zone in greenfield which was on our way. My truck barely drove at 40mph on the interstate and everyone behind us backed off because of all the smoke. By the time we reached greenfield, auto zone was closed and we had depleted an entire tank of gas (In 42 miles). We pulled into the wal mart super center parking lot and went in to finda fuel filter and something to drain the remaining contents of our tank into. After 5 or 6 different fuel filters we gave up for finding one, but bought a dishpan and drained the contents of the fuel tank. What came out was nothing short of sludge. It looked like bloody diahrrea. The next morning at daybreak we walked to the auto zone and they had the right fuel filter, or so we thought, until we got back to my rodeo. Apparently there is a huge difference between the regular 3.2 liter and the 3.5 direct injection motor that I have. To make a long story short, I have accumulated several repair bills since, including catalytic converters, fuel pumps and lines, injectors (5 went bad), and now the motor has completely seized from the crystallization of the seals from the contaminants. All together the total is just over $14,000 and john reinartz from arthur j. Gallagher risk management thought it to be funny to offer me the $34.21 for the bad tank of gas and call it even. If anyone else has had a similar problem with fuel from any of the gas stations in indianapolis, please contact me by email. I am a professional investigator and intend to lodge a major complaint, if not a class action lawsuit, against this store. I will respond to all inquiries or complaints.

The 7-11 in garden valley is horrible they are not knowledgeable always rude really slow and half the time they are closed at night yet claim to be 24 hours the manager acts like being there is an inconvenience to her and the inventory is always empty

Paid with $20, left checked change given and given $15 less than had coming. Owner/worker rude and establishment dirty unlike before. I've been going here for about 7-8 years.

Went to 7 eleven at 789 gettysburg/willow clovis ca the mexican cashier with bumpit in her hair & glasses 8:30 am refused to sell me zig zags said cash register doesnt un

Lock unless i show id thats a first ive bought zig zags all over fresno & clovis never had to show id so.. What was her problem?

I purchased a money order at a store in Washington DC in penn branch shopping center. I tried to return the money order due to a mistake that I made on there and when I tried to return it for my money back, the store manager at that time refused to provide me with a refund.

The new drink machine is not working correctly. The mixture is totally off. I visit this store just about every day and it's always the same thing. It's been reported by several customers and nothing has been done.

This store is located in the black community here in desoto tx, they are running scams out of this store and charging extra fee for services. I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location to any one.

My wife's car was towed last night from a 7 Eleven lot without proper signage. The clerk called it in and the tow company charged a higher than normal fee. 911 said the license plate belonged to an Alpha Romeo, but my wife drives a Toyota Camry. Hi i visit gas station today but the store manager shree is there. He is very rude and discriminated towards me. He don't know to say helo or thank you. Please teach him first how to do custmer service. I don't know who make him manager. He is to rude.
