I am a user of the 1xBet online betting platform.
My account ID is 752668301
I completed all the required verification procedures requested by the company. After that, the operator instructed me to log in to my gaming account and follow the instructions provided.
When I logged in, I saw a message from the security department stating that my withdrawal code had been sent by postal mail to the address I provided in my form. However, it has now been more than three months and no letter has arrived at my nearest post office.
I am concerned that the letter may not have been sent at all. The company has not provided any tracking number, postal receipt, or photo of the envelope to confirm that the letter was actually dispatched.
I request the company to provide proof that the letter was sent or to offer an alternative method for receiving the withdrawal code so that I can access my funds.
Claimed loss: 32000$
Desired outcome: Withdrawal of my funds

No one writes the full address in the gaming account registration form because it takes up a lot of space and time. Everyone writes the short address. The full address is given in the ID card and other notarized copy documents which were provided multiple times. Why should the letter be sent to the short incomplete address in the registration form instead of sending the letter according to the full address of the ID card?
Why did the security department deliberately send the letter even though it knew that the letter would not reach the short incomplete address?
I contacted the security department again and said that if you really sent the letter, then the letter may not reach due to the short address. I requested them to send the letter again with the full address.
They said (all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.)
They are deliberately harassing.
Dear 1xBet customer support,
Actually, I suspect that your company's security department did not send any letter. They are cheating me. The reason for my suspicion is that I keep regular contact with Keraniganj post office.
Even if they sent the letter to a short address, the letter would reach Keraniganj post office.
But here I did not receive any letter. Also, you or the security department could not provide any proof that the letter was actually sent. They are also not clarifying whether the letter was sent through any organization like our country's post office, DHL or Fedex.
Multiple customers in our country are suffering from the same problem. So far, no one has received any letter. You and the security department want to say that you are right and all customers are lying without any proof. You or the security department are not ensuring clear proof or accountability in this regard.
