I opened a account and using it without any problem without linking my email or phone number. Suddenly your team block my id and told me I have report that I got gambling addection.
If I had gambling addection will I mail you to block my id when I have fund on my account.
I had no emaii linked why they told me I have request to block my id?
I am really upset on your team.
I had google authorities on in my account for my id safty but your company blocked my id.
I have gave as much in I can share but this company asked all my sensitive information which is not good for a people privacy.

I have been scamed by 1xbet if your company is jenuine then open my account for my balance

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the sudden blocking of my 1xBet account.

According to your statement, my account has been blocked based on a request allegedly made by me. However, I would like to clearly state that I have never submitted any such request. Moreover, my account was not linked to any email address, which raises a serious question — how could I have made a request for account closure without a registered email?

This situation appears highly inconsistent and unfair. It gives the impression that my account has been blocked without valid justification.

Additionally, I am being asked to provide full bank statements. I consider this request a violation of my personal privacy, especially when there is no clear and legitimate reason provided for such sensitive information.

At this point, it seems that unnecessary complications are being created, and I am concerned that this may be an attempt to delay or withhold my account balance.

I also want to clarify that I did not request any gambling addiction-related self-exclusion. I am not addicted to gambling, and I have never submitted such a request myself.

Furthermore, my account was not linked to any registered email address. So I do not understand how such a request could be processed without proper verification from the actual account owner.

I would like to clearly state that I am the rightful owner of this account. From the very beginning, my account has been secured with Google Authentication, which only I have access to. This confirms that the account is mine.

I kindly ask you to review this matter again, as this action appears to be based on incorrect information.

At this moment, I respectfully request you to let me withdraw my balance.

I sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision and assist me as soon as possible.

I am issuing this as a final notice with deep frustration and disappointment regarding your actions.

I have repeatedly made it clear that my account was not linked to any registered email address. In that case, I do not understand how or on what basis you claim that I personally requested a self-exclusion or account block. This is completely illogical, baseless, and unacceptable.

I am the sole and rightful owner of this account. From the very beginning, Google Authentication has been enabled on my account, which is fully under my control. Therefore, it is not possible for any third party to access my account or make such a request on my behalf.

It is common sense that no user would voluntarily request to block their own account while having funds in it. Yet, you have taken such a serious action without proper verification, which clearly indicates an incorrect and unfair decision.

I have been receiving the same inconsistent and unreasonable responses from your side, which I find misleading and unacceptable. My patience is now at its limit.

I once again clearly state that I never requested any self-exclusion or account block.

For the purpose of protecting my privacy, and as sufficient proof, I am providing only a screenshot of my deposit. I request that you refrain from asking for unnecessary additional documents or information that may lead to harassment.

Please treat this email as my final notice. If my account is not restored promptly i will be fall in mental presuure FOR my funds. at least allow me to withdraw my remaining balance

I expect immediate and appropriate action from your side.
