My name is Thomas Li, I ordered 1st time on 20nov2022, order #[protected], I received the goods on 13dec22, but the quality not up to my expectation, so I like to return it, I follow the video demonstration, they show me to click on user name, my order and choose the order that I would like to return...the problem is, there is no list of
my order at all, so how can I proceed further without referring my order that I would like to return, please give me an answer to my e-mail address, thanks for your prompt attention. By the way, nothing shown in "MY ACCOUNT" either.

Customer Service Doesn't Work At All, maybe on purpose ?
I bought a winter coat from this website. First of all delivery took forewer, but I was patient and understanding. When I finally received it I found out that one of the pocket has a big tear. Because the tear is inside of the pocket it's practically impossible to fix it, so I can't use this pocket. I tried to contact a costumer service maybe 50 times. Unsuccessful. You have just 7 days for returning or exchanging, but every try ends with the notification "error, try later". The worst part is the fact there's no other way to contact a customer service except through the form you have to fill. But you have no chance to fill and submit it 😕 So you are stuck and there's nothing you can do.
Desired outcome: I'd like to get a compensation for all this inconvenience

Nochtans heb het eens gepast en dan onmiddellijk in originele verpakking gedaan alles zit in de zelfde doos pull en andere kledij in de plastiek zoals het hoort.
De doos staat klaar om te verzenden.

I ordered a shirt on the 28th November 2022 and the payment was taken also on the 28th November.
I have not received any confirmation of my order and I cannot track it.
I cannot find any history of my order been placed on the website/app either!
Which I don’t understand because I clearly placed the order and entered my details and submitted.
But the payment has been taken and it clearly shows what company has taken this payment. Which I have attached for proof.
This has annoyed me as it is so close to Christmas and I have spent money on what I thought was a trusted website to then feel like I have been scammed or something!

I tired to make an order on their app. I put in my PayPal information and tried to continue to pay, it kept returning me back to my order, to pay again. I assumed it never went through because there was no confirmation that I placed the order. After 5 times of it going to my PayPal and back to my order page, I checked my bank account and they charged me 5 TIMES! The same amount 5 times! And there is no one to call to fix this! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a scam. I am out $200, I’m here crying because I needed this money for the holidays and it’s gone. And when I go into my orders or unpaid or anything like that, it shows nothing. It shows that I never placed an order with them. So I can’t contact anyone.

I have had multiple contacts with this company and I still do not have a refund. The blazer as ordered was XL when it arrived it was a L and did not fit even though it was labelled as XL. It was mislabled. After multple photos of the garmit plus pictures showing how it did not fit I still did not get any satifaction. No one has followed up and I do not know if got my refund as promised. The ticket is now closed on their website. There is no spot on the website to check my refund or to reconnect with the company to find out what is going on. If there is any one that can help I would appreciate it.

I ordered this item from the United Kingdom paid by credit card on October 31st. It was shipped on November 2nd and delivered to the address in Michigan on November 9th.
The product was ordered in size M but the product delivered was size XXL so much too large.
