This company like many in China think its acceptable to send send products made from fake materials. Do not do business with this company, they will happily take your money and then walk away when you realise that what they have sent you is not what you ordered. Alibaba will not help solve your issue. Do not do business with this company.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Alibaba is the worst internet business platform. They never help, even when you have completely right and supported documents. They say don't worry we will help you. But at the end they support their scam business members.
I believed that this platform will protect costumers rights, but that was a disappointment. I would like to know if there is a way to find help against these scams bags.
Please be very careful when dealing with Zhengzhou Known Exp. & Imp. Co., Ltd.. (ZZKNOWN). They sell different kind of food, restroom and other trailers. We paid over $7,000 as a deposit for a luxury restroom trailer through Alibaba. After receiving our deposit, the company completely stopped responding. It has now been more than two years, and we have not received the trailer or a refund.
Before we sent the payment, the company was very responsive and professional. However, after the deposit was paid, communication became extremely unprofessional. Sunny Wang (sales manager) and Yolanda blocked us and refused to allow us to speak with management, and it appears that management is not interested in resolving this issue.
Additionally, the company appears to be a trading company rather than a manufacturer, despite claiming otherwise. We are located in Texas, USA, and the company has been unable to provide proper U.S. specifications or compliance documentation for the restroom trailer. Because of this, there is a serious concern that the trailer may not meet U.S. standards and could potentially be stopped at the U.S. border.
This situation has been very stressful and disappointing. They are very unprofessional and with zero professional ethics.
Recently, Sunny Wang contacted us offering to refund the full deposit, but only if we delete all of our posted reviews and sign a document stating that the money has already been refunded, which is not true. We will not sign any document containing false information.
Please be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, the company continues to mislead customers and attempt to manipulate documentation.
We are still requesting the immediate payment.
We recently agreed with Sunny Wang to sign Settlement and Refund Agreement where in 5 business days Zhengzhou Known Exp. & Imp. Co. suppose to refund our deposit back. Not Company’s money but our money that we trusted and send them to get the restroom trailer. After all comments that we agreed and even met a request by Sunny Wang to authorize all of our signatures by public notary. They are still going away from obligations to return our money back. Asking us to delete all the public comments before sending our money. Sunny Wang has zero professional ethics and any sense to keep the agreement content. Please do not work with them. This company does not keep their word and following signed and agreed obligations. To break the contract for them is nothing.
