Roman's Pizza - Waiting time

Greetings, today I ordered two 1×large pizza at Atlyn Mall Romans Pizza restaurant. My order was 361, I waited 1h30 mins. They did it deliberately, I heard them saying system has a problem but approximately 26 people and including those who were before me were served well. They were not professional, I gave the lady my order number and she then started with my order. I don't think the employees there really need this job.

Desired outcome: Let them treat everyone equal,looking at customers work uniform will not help the business to grow.
