DON’T PAY IN FULL. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU.
The buying experience was unprofessional and neglectful at a minimum. I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere, with a company who will actually pay attention and listen to you.
If you are paying for the rig in full, be prepared to send a picture or your full ID in email as I had to do this because their system flagged my purchase as ‘something they didn’t like.’ Emailing them about an update does not help you at all as they won’t answer. After a week of waiting for an ‘ok’ from authorize.net, I had been told it was not up to Xidax on this part on the authorisation process. So naturally, I had asked for my order to be cancelled after waiting for a week+. My cancellation request was ignored by my rep, Andrew Leddy, who I’ve been talking throughout from the initial purchase date to cancellation request.
Coincidentally, my order got 'forced' through and approved not even two hours after I had requested them to cancel. I got a confirmation email from them after my initial message. This caused a $-2,400+ bank crisis for me as a full-time student when I had already paid in full from the initial purchase date. This method put a charge twice, holding my other portion of money that I needed. I had to change cards, so the authorisation of this purchase was not approved from me with my new one. I couldn’t use my card for 5 days. To make matters worse, I received an automated 'shipped' email 24 hours AFTER the PC arrived a day later. I’ve reached out to the support team with zero response for nearly a week now.
5 stars for the PC, 1 star for the stress and lack of communication. I’d review lower if I could. If you're a student making a big investment with this company and website, be wary of their billing department. Genuinely go somewhere else for your sake.
Recommendation: Take your business elsewhere
