I have been scheduled 2 times for a home inspection. Neither time did anyone from Windows USA call to let me know they were not able to make the appointment. They claim they tried to contact me but that is NOT true. I have text, phone, and email that they could have used to contact me. Very disappointed in this business and will NOT be rescheduling. I will find another company to give my business to.
