It took a month (and 20 phone calls) of going back and forth trying to get my medication refilled. They say I will get a call back and nothing happens.
If you are a patient who cannot wait a few months for a prescription refill, choose another provider.
If you call too often, they, some days, don't pick up the call when they see your number. I have been on hold for 30 + minutes a few times.
Recommendation: Go somewhere else.
