Weather Pro Windows & Doors review: Service issue

I had all of my windows and doors installed spring of 2024 installation was fine, but the quality of the trim around our windows was not as expected. This spring our front door started to stick when closing so I sent an email to the service dept march 16 asking to have the door adjusted and to fix the trim on our front window. It is now may 8, and despite multiple calls to our sales rep and e:mails to the service dept we still have not had these problems fixed. I am told that they are not able to get a commitment from their installation team to come fix.
