Gift card - walmart store credit
Incident: Nov, 19, 2023.
Purchased a store credit - walmart.
Intent: online shopping
Problem: Walmart/US does not ship to Canada, the desired good is not sold by walmart.ca. Walmart employee didn't indicate that US could not be purchased from.
So he never clarified online purchasing, I thought any Walmart could be used.
Went to return STore Credit (card) and get money back, or purchase a credit card to buy from the supplier directly in the US.
Went to return it and they stated the policy of Walmart doesn't allow the return of Store credit. I said I have the receipt I paid cash (debit card). I want it back the service you stated to me when purchasing this doesn't work. I would of gotten a credit card and ordered it elsewhere. You failed to indicate this. The person that pointed at all the signs stating it was my fault (no return policy). I was like well if I can read, you are assuming a lot of things and what about blind people? Don't you think you would indicate that to person purchasing and ensure its intended use, I mean he double checked the value on the card.
Store denied my return of monies with with receipt. There reason is its policy. I indicated that you failed to provide a service you indicated you could and a policy doesn't make the laws that govern finances.
I indicated that its not fraud I can wait weeks for the money to return if that's your worry as I ahve worked younger and policy is to stop fraud.
It is possible to return moneys' I have worked in many storehouses, that returned store credit before. It works like this. You use teh default item blank, and input any denomination, you zero off teh balance on the debit card, if its answer machine your item custom price can be named. (store credit return). The card is zero'd (store credit). Then a separate transaction returns the money to the persons way of purchase. Cash, Debit, visa, etc. Just like any good. Then you staple the receipts together and put it in a separate pile to be transacted differently. That is how ever corporation I have worked at returned a store credit, that was purchased with money and then had to be returned for some reason.
My friend works at another Walmart and said thats kind of bogus. They can return it and clearly you not committing fraud. That intended policy is a deterrent and wouldn't hold up legally. You paid for something nad unfortunately that something doesn't/ isn't working out and wasn't indicated and should be rendered back to you. Its not like you waited a long time, and the money is on the card still.
Failure to refund monies of a failed service transaction of a business. Then continually marginalized me and insulted me by stating teh same thing until I went away. THis would in turn force me to lawyer up or file a lawsuit at a Walmart. A gift card purchased taht can't be used... I am not into a charity.. in the last decades, I ahve only spent around 1000 dollars in Walmart. I don't like the entire human trafficking of Walmart and that is a separate issue.
Claimed loss: Current loss is 400 dollars to be able to spend elsewhere.
Desired outcome: Apology. Allowing of the return of my money that is holdings of Walmart. Store Credit.
Too many employees in the way!!!
You can’t shop at Wallmart there are too many employees getting in the way with customers the need to stick on third shift, they have third shift to stock the store is closed on third from the pandemic, they have all that time to stock but now 1st shift second shift customers can hardly shop because your costantly in the way of wallmart employees there...

Over a month of the seller not responding to Papal I was finally told a few days ago I have to return the item at my expense with tracking. Cost of postage is ridiculous and it will be over $50 to ship the item back, and even then it didn't sound like I was going to for sure get a refund.
You have a third rate horrible company selling under your brand name, and I want a resolution. I can bring the item to a store. But I will not spend MORE money on postage to lose again.
I do not deserve to have a non working sub standard item sent to me when I paid good money for it.

Nov.24 I had been online looking/shopping for specials and was on the Walmart website when I saw an offer for 2 free 4X6 photo magnets, and I placed an order (Order #7605395)
On Nov. 25 or 26 I received an email alerting me that both magnets were “ready for pick-upâ€.
This afternoon, Friday, Dec.1, I drove over to Walmart in Kirkland, store #3044 specifically to pick up these items from the photo center.
I went to the back of the store when I arrived and was very upset when I learned from Victoria, the employee working in the photo centre that I am just one of 200- 300 people who have received an email stating that my magnets are ready for pick up when in fact they are not.
I learned that only my pictures are available for pick up. I kindly explained to her that I didn’t want/need the pictures but that I needed/wanted the magnets I had ordered as they were being given as a gift. I was told there was nothing that could be done.
I cannot understand how hundreds of us receive emails from Kodak stating that we should go pick up our magnets as they are ready for pick up. Is it not just as easy to send emails to all of us that state unfortunately your order could not be completed at this time? How is this OK?
To offer free items and then send messages that they’re ready and have people take time out of their day, drive over in traffic… it’s not okay. Not from a huge corporation like Walmart and another like Kodak.

I began calling customer service on November 9th. to explain this situation. After being called a liar on November 10, 2023, my account was deactivated. I purchased this grill through Affirm.
Also, I received an email that the grill must be returned by December 10, 2023, to receive a refund. Speaking with customer service I was told to return the grill to UPS. I am 73 years old, and I can't pick up the dresser. Also, I return something I never received. I was informed UPS will pick up the dresser it has been three weeks, and the dresser is in my foyer.
I called customer service on Thursday November 30, 2023. I spoke to Shaney associated with Account Review she informed me my account was deactivated and it was nothing she could do. I asked her what to do with the dresser. She said, "keep it, throw it away or give it to someone. My recommendation is to offer training to your associates.

products unavailable when pharmacy closed
Recently our pharmacy had to cut back hours due to lack of available people to work. Unfortunately when the gates are pulled across the pharmacy it also cuts off access to products that are not under prescription. For example I cannot get my contact solution or my eye drops about 12 noon when the pharmacy opens. I can only get my contact solution at one other store and it is $4.00 more than Walmart. Isn't there some way that these non-prescription items be moved out of that area and put on a shelf so people can access them?
Evercross scooter
yes on 11/12/2023 my husband purchased a Evercross H5 Scooter online from your store. we were told it would arrive on 11/15/2023, however it was 4 days late. So i open box took it out and was happy. but then i needed to tighten the brakes headlight throttle horn n put the seat on only for these items not able to tighten up. so i went out for a ride on the 21st everything was going good until all the sudden i looked down and noticed that the folding bar was coming down like the scooter was folding in half n i could not stop, with in a split second i was having the worst accident i have ever been in , wrecked hard n it hurt n hurt bad. i knew right away that my wrist had broken n i looked at my tore pants on my right knee n blood was flowing out of a hole that ocvured from this wreck.
I went to er and was told my left wrist broke straight across but the bone compressed against each other n had to get stitches in n out on my knee.
so when i examined the scooter a couple days later i noticed that the pin that holds the scooter together is broken. it does not stay in the hole n that is what caused mev to get hurt as i did. i am having surgery next week to have a plate n pins put in my wrist.
evercross n walmaert are responsible for my injuries. Evercross is producing defecftive scooters, so what is going to be done about this. I am missing work and the pain n suffering has been horrible,

i tried several times to place an order online for cyber-Monday and picked out between 9 and 11 items original purchase should have cost me 410.00 but your security system continues to flag my purchase as suspicious activity. I called customer service and was told it would be fixed inside of 24 hours so i could still enjoy my cyber-Monday purchases. nothing was fixed on my account so i called back and spoke to a manager named Claudia #[protected] who told me nothing was fixed on my account, and she was going to contact your security team but it would take a Minium of 6 hours before they would contact her back. the sale for cyber-Monday ends in 4 and a half hours and if I don't get my order in on time it will ruin my kids Christmas because I waited and relied on Walmart to make my purchases for cyber-Monday.

extended warranty they want you to buy when you purchase electronics
i bought a lap top back in 2020 with that purchase they asked me if i wanted the extended warranty for another two years i said yes but they dont tell you its only two years of the day you purchase your electronics . it comes with 1 year warranty i buy 2 more years should make it three years of warranty not two so somewhere some one did not pass his education because he does not no math and they wont help anyone so from here on end wall mart can go broke ill never shop there again and im going to the news with this they are stealing from the customers

I went for shopping at Walmart with my kids . When we were leaving parking lot my car run over a broken glass pieces and destroy one of my front tires. I called the manger and she took pictures and ask me to keep all receipts on all cost incurred . She said she will forward the case to the right department and I should expect a call. walmart great value frozen kiwi and dragonfruit
Today i bought these frozen fruit items to make a yogurt based fruit health snap with nuts and fruits.
Upon opening these bags a musky old smell was very dominate. Still frozen i tasted and no tasty flavor except freezer smell & taste. Discouraged i took kiwi out of my mixture and dragonfruit blended in with raspberries.
Both bag expiry was in 2025. I concluded both bags were thawed out in error and still put back in stock for selling. These bags had to thaw a long time to cause such a strong musky smell. Is it safe for consumption?
i strongly urge no consumer buy these great value frozen fruits i know i wont. Disappointed a large chain sold a unsafe musky product.

1. There is no way to get answers to questions about the products you purchase. First, you need to buy the item to be able to contact the seller.
2. And there is no real, normal customer service.
And I wanted to ask about the quality of these slippers. Because this is my second pair of terrible quality. I bought the same slippers for the first time on Amazon.ca - and I had to return them because the soles were peeling off and my feet were covered in black paint.
This time I wore these slippers purchased at Walmart.ca for 2 days: a few hours a day. I have sent the quality of these slippers in the photos I took.
In both cases, it is Chinese production.
Why do both Walmart and Amazon sell such defective products?
Please punish this seller and remove these slippers from sale.
Why is the customer exposed to such trouble and waste of time writing a complaint?
Walmart writes: "the item do not meet your expectations" - what logic!
My expectations: of course it doesn't meet. But does this mean that there are people who are willing to buy the slippers I showed in the photos and wear them?

I am asking once again to withdraw these slippers from sale to protect other customers.
The idea of replacing them with a new one is not an option, I will never buy them again.
Will the seller refund my money when he receives the return item? So it will take several months.
Please forget about this solution and blocking my money.
