Good day, I have been battling to resolve my cell phone contract enquiry with Vodacom since March 2025, numerus calls to Vodacom since March 2025 up to May 2026, original contract completed its 24-month period and called Vodacom to upgrade, to keep the same contract but without the phone to lower costs, also requested two additional contracts to be cancelled that completed their contract period. My request was not processed last year March, and June, and October 2025, still being billed on old contract and two additional contracts that ended. Vodacom not resolving the issue after many calls and speaking to all departments, every time they escalate the request to resolve with no action taken from Vodacom.

Desired outcome: to have the account resolved and be credited for excess amount billed and paid for 12 months, contract upgrade to be done and two additional contracts to be cancelled as requested in March 2025
