VFS Global: A Nightmare User Experience for Visa Applications
Looking for a hassle-free visa application experience? Unfortunately, VFS Global may not be the solution for you. The user experience on their website is a complete nightmare - the layout is not intuitive and the instructions are vague at best. It feels like they expect you to be an expert in visa processes, when in reality most people who use their services are not.
If you do decide to use VFS Global, be prepared for a frustrating experience. One reviewer shared their experience with shipping labels - they were overpriced and caused a lot of trouble. There were issues with the labels being incorrect and when the employee attempted to correct it, it only made things worse. In one instance, they were given an email with an attachment, only for there to be no attachment. When asked about it, they were provided with the wrong attachment.
This level of incompetence is honestly appalling - it's hard to believe that this is a company that people trust with important documents like passports. It's clear that some staff members are not properly trained and it's reflected in the quality of their work. If you have the option to use an alternative service for your visa application, we would highly recommend that you do so.
Nightmarish Experience with VFS Global: Lack of Support and Constant Technical Glitches
My recent experience with VFS Global has been nothing short of a nightmare. As someone with an urgent matter at hand, I had been waiting for weeks to secure an appointment for visa application. After several attempts, I finally saw an available time slot and attempted to book it, but was immediately faced with an error message. I attempted to rebook the appointment several times, but to no avail. The lack of response from the company made my terrible experience even more frustrating.
Fast forward to today, almost two months since my initial attempt, and I finally saw two available appointment slots. I eagerly tried to book them but, once again, received the dreaded error message. Despite my multiple attempts, I was unable to secure an appointment before they both got fully booked. This kind of constant technical glitch on the website is beyond unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
Moreover, the lack of assistance or support form the company really shook my trust in the organization. As someone who required urgent assistance, I was left feeling frustrated and hopeless. It's really disappointing to see a company that is supposed to aid people with their travel needs failing so miserably. The company should be doing much more to resolve these issues and offer better support to their customers. Overall, my experience with VFS Global has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with VFS Global: Lack of Communication and Customer Service
My experience with VFS Global (vfsglobal.com) was one of frustration and disappointment. Despite submitting my passport and visa application for Russia on June 12, I received no response to my numerous attempts to contact them, whether by email or phone calls. As my departure date loomed closer and closer, I grew increasingly worried and anxious about the status of my visa.
Finally, on July 15, with no resolution in sight, I had no choice but to report my passport lost and obtain a new one through an expedited service. Miraculously, my Russian visa was delivered on the morning of my departure, allowing me to make my trip, but the stress and hassle of it all left a sour taste in my mouth.
To add insult to injury, VFS Global later sent my old passport and Russian visa to me on July 19 - a mere six days after I had already left the country. Their customer service left much to be desired, and a representative at ***@vfsglobal.com offered to make things right. When I requested a refund of my $320 money order, they requested that I send a copy of it so they could verify who had signed for it. I complied, but never received any response or reimbursement.
In short, I cannot recommend VFS Global to anyone seeking a smooth and stress-free visa application process. While my experience may be an outlier, I would advise looking into other companies that may offer better customer service and communication.
VFS Global: A Disappointing and Inefficient Service Provider for Visa Applications
I recently had a very disappointing experience with VFS Global, and frankly I'm surprised that any country would entrust their entry process to this company. My impression of the country I wanted to visit was severely diminished by the poor performance of VFS. It seems they treat the visa application process as if it were just another transaction, like buying a pizza, rather than the important matter that it is. They even try to sell you additional services, causing more chaos and confusion.
What's more, the impression I received from the automated response email was terrible - I felt as if I were being prosecuted and judged by a cold, impersonal machine. The information provided was often inaccurate and incomplete, making it difficult to navigate through the application process smoothly. Unfortunately, in my case, VFS exceeded the agreed-upon timeframe for returning my passport. I was forced to go to extra lengths and obtain a new passport. Then to my surprise, my visa application was denied without any justifiable reason. I provided all the necessary documents and had an established travel itinerary, including my return flights and work plans, yet I was still rejected.
I cannot recommend using VFS Global, and I sincerely hope that soon the countries who contract their services will take their business elsewhere. It seems that VFS is only motivated by the promise of low-cost services, which clearly comes at the expense of quality and care. Ultimately, it is a very bad company, and unfortunately, it is very bad for the countries who rely on them.
Online appointment charges
While booking an appointment to submit a visa application at Pakistan for South Africa, booking portal shows an appointment fee of PKR-50 but upon payment though credit/debit card they deduct USD-50 which is a huge difference and they charge hell a lot...
