I own two biennial timeshare intervals at Vacation Village Resorts Williamsburg Virginia operated under Wyndham. Week 48 Even Years and Week 20 Odd Years. I was told at purchase I would only pay one maintenance fee in the year I use that interval. I surrendered two working Florida timeshares based on that promise. My contract states $519.00 but my first bill came in at $624.75 with no explanation. They then sent a second bill for $697 called an assessment fee with no week number, no account information, and no explanation. On March 16, 2026, their own finance rep confirmed in writing I only owed $5.97. Same day they sent another email calling it a maintenance fee. Two different names, two different departments, same disputed amount, same day. I have filed complaints with the Virginia Attorney General, FTC, and BBB.

Country of complaint: United States

Claimed loss: 624.75

Desired outcome: I am requesting a full contract buyback of both timeshare intervals, correction of all billing errors, and refund of the $105.75 overcharge on my first legitimate bill. I should not be held to contracts built on misrepresentation.
