I was charged 119 € by eDreams without my clear consent.
I did not intentionally subscribe to any Prime membership, and this charge was not properly explained. I have contacted eDreams multiple times but received no response and no refund.
This appears to be a deceptive subscription practice that many other users have also reported.
If I do not receive my refund within 5 days, I will:
- initiate a chargeback via my bank
- report this case to consumer protection authorities
- continue posting complaints on multiple platforms
