USA Green Contractors review: Roof replacement and door instalation

I am a resident of Broward County. I went into contracts with USA GREEN contractor 13800 NW 2nd Street Sunrise Fl 33325 – 954 8337744 for replacement of my roof on 3/20/2025 and a Hurricane Impact door on 11/24/2024.
The sales manager who no longer works with the company provided rave accolades of this company. One of the questions I queried is customer concern resolution and was informed the company works to resolve issues brought forward.
Within my contract for the roof, it clearly specify replacement of fascia board up to 75 linear feet. After completion of the roof and a demand of payment regardless of the work passing inspection, I discovered just about all fascia boards were rotted and were never changed. I made multiple calls to the company and was advised by the subcontracting person, Idan they would come out after my gutters were removed. I hired a person to remove the gutters. The subcontracting company came a replaced 30 linear feet. When I contacted them, I was told, they do not do more than 30 linear feet. I contacted USA GREEN contractor and personally spoke with the owner John, he asked that I send pictures and YES stated he will have this addressed. Since December till this moment/date April 6, 2026 , I have texted, sent email and no acknowledgement. I explained that if they are hiring a contractor, the Contractor should be working off the specifications of the contract. If the company is subcontracting, they are ultimately responsible to ensure the job is completed according to what is agreed upon. The company was quick to collect the money once the roof went on but neglected to do their due diligence of full oversight. I also went into contract for door replacement with the same company. The door was installed in September 2025 and still not able to pass inspection since September to date. Again they demanded payment right after but have not been able to pass inspection. The door color finish is mix matched dabbing flat on top of the satin to fix areas of scratches. This is totally unacceptable.
This is abuse of the customer. There needs to be oversight to ensure companies such as this one is not falling short of their obligations once they have collected money. Contractors such as this company needs to be held to a standard of performance. This company neglected its obligation and not honor their contractual agreement. Once the money is collected, they do not see fit to complete the job. With any other profession they would be subjected to regulatory standards and held accountable.
OUTCOME DESIRED
Replace the additional 45 linear feet of fascia board.
Complete the requirements that the city has asked to get the door to pass inspection. sticker that identify the door- Impact- where is teh sticker?
Place correct screws as the door is shaking among what ever else the city require.
Fix the door color, it should be seamless and not flat on semi gloss.
