We purchased two Samsung 4 cell phones from Cartoys on 12/23/2013 and they each had a $50. rebate. After
sending in the required paper work we still have not seen either rebate.

We bought these phones from Bianca Harris, Assistant Store Manager and customer service expert...and we have been back
several times asking about these rebates to be told they would be in the mail. We also purchased a 2 year service contract
on these phones that we want cancelled and our money refunded.

After looking at complaint after complaint on the Internet about CarToys it is obvious that this agreement is also worthless.
