Rite Aid - Rite aid store # 10315 Brattleboro Vermont

I don’t understand why I bother calling in my refills because when I do they’re never ready when I go to pick them up.

They don’t fill them until you are there to pick them up and you have to wait anywhere from 20minutes-1hour for them anyway

Why bother with a refill line?

I can be confusing so I really hope I was understood, thank you so much for your time

Desired outcome: For scripts to be filled when called in, for store to stop wasting my time
