iTalkBB has charged me for home phone service that I have never ordered since about two years ago.

And I have asked many times via email for the proof of purchase and proof of delivery of the home phone adapter, they never replied to me.

I have asked for refund of the charges, they instead ask me to return the phone adapter that I have never received.
