Popeyes - Not getting what I ordered

I ordered a 12 piece nuggets and unsweet tea. It was over $11.00

I had to back up to the window as they neglected to give me my debit card back.

There were 6 very over breaded nuggets in the box and never realized it until I was eating the food. There were 6 actual pieces of chicken total!

The phone number does not work although it is listed on their website.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I want to trust I will get what I paid for.
